My stay at the hotel was just as I expected from the pictures, with a nice city view. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, making my after-lunch experience at 12:30 pm very convenient. The service was mostly friendly, although I had a small issue with one of my room keys. The location in downtown Charlotte was excellent for exploring the area, though it could be noisy for light sleepers. The dining experience was top-notch with a great breakfast selection, even though it was a bit pricey. Overall, a good value for money stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, but I felt the price I paid for 2 nights was not entirely justified. The service was efficient but lacked a personal touch at times. The location was excellent, right in the center of downtown Charlotte, offering easy access to various activities in the area. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice but had a certain musk, which they promptly took care of once I reported it. The service, although okay, could have been more approachable with answers. The location was excellent, right in the center of downtown Charlotte.
